Funding Bill Signed by President Biden

President Biden signed the long-term funding bill, which secures new authorization levels for the 504 program and keeps the government running for the rest of fiscal year 2022.

FY22 authorization levels are now:

  • $11 billion for regular 504; and
  • $4 billion for 504 debt refinance without expansion
